I don't offer returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

When will I get my order?

I will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Where are your products manufactured?

At the moment, the products available are manufactured by local sources, or made by by Jemma.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs may vary depending on location, and the number of products that you purchase.

An item I want is sold out. Is there any way to pre-order it for next time?

I don't offer pre-orders at the moment, but it is something that I would like to do in the future. Most items will be restocked. If an item that you would like is sold out, please email me and I will consider restocking it if there's enough interest.
